How Digital Share works
Digital Share is a project focusing on the digital inclusion of people in Harlow and Uttlesford that are experiencing poor mental health, social disadvantage, unemployed, and those from minority ethnic communities, and anyone who is digitally excluded. We have helped many residents’ breakdown the barriers of digital exclusion with training and device confidence. Narrowing the digital exclusion gap will help to gain access to health and online services, which will enrich residents’ ability to use services and support to all, regardless of their life circumstances.

- ONLINE SAFETY Helping people avoid scams, security issues, viruses
- TECH ADVICE Our tech advisors can answer specific technical questions and help resolve IT issues
- SETTING UP DEVICES Helping people set up new devices transferring over their file’s photo and applications. Access to devices.
- DONATED DATA Provide Digital Share users with donated data so they can get online and gain valuable access to help and services.
- LEARN NEW SKILLS With our digital team including setting up emails, helping fill in online forms, uploading documents, device maintenance, CVs, basic device skills phones laptop tablets.
